Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the FRWRD Marketing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

- Full Branding Solutions
The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or contracts between FRWRD Marketing and the client.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure all materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FRWRD Marketing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Client Work
Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- FRWRD Marketing retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio
- Source files and working documents remain the property of FRWRD Marketing unless specifically included in the project scope
- Third-party elements (stock photos, fonts, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement:
- A deposit is required before project commencement
- Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All prices are in the currency specified in the quote or agreement
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on the information available at the time of the agreement. Delays caused by the client (such as late feedback, changes in scope, or delayed content delivery) may extend the timeline and potentially affect the project cost.
Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes to the approved scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project direction after approval may be treated as a new project.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- All confidential information must be returned or destroyed
- FRWRD Marketing reserves the right to retain copies of work for portfolio purposes
Limitation of Liability
FRWRD Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRWRD Marketing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, or technical failures.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
